Do not exceed recommended dosage. Use only as directed. As a dietary supplement, begin mixing 1 level scoop with 6 ounces (approx. 180 mL) of water and drink immediately, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before training. Optionally, you can take one additional serving before training. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day. Do not consume within 6 hours after ingesting any other source of caffeine or other stimulants.
