The C.P. Sports Hot-Gripper pull-up hooks are specially developed for the most difficult pulling exercises. Non-slip pull hooks with comfortably padded Velcro fasteners on the wrist ensure very good grip contact with the bar.

Pulling aids/pull hooks support and relieve the forearms, as they do not have the strength of the back muscles, when performing optimal deadlifts, pull-ups, heavy neck pulls, etc. and allow for more repetitions or even more weight. In addition, the Hot-Gripper pull-up hooks optimize the pulling force on the bar and facilitate grip strength during all pulling and lifting exercises.
