We recommend consuming Diet WHEY protein shakes (50 g) 2–3 times a day. If possible, then during workouts or after a workout. Since one serving only contains 5.2 grams of carbohydrates, then with a low daily intake of carbohydrates, it is possible to reach ketosis. Ketosis is a metabolic state where the body switches to burning fat instead of carbohydrates to meet its daily energy needs. Ketosis can be achieved by avoiding all other foods and beverages that are high in carbohydrates/sugar.

Ingredients: Whey protein concentrate, Orafti™ prebiotic fibre (inulin),  vitamin and mineral blend (vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), calcium, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, phosphorus, selenium, sodium, zinc, ascorbic acid, vitamin E, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin B12, folic acid, biotin), cocoa powder (only in chocolate flavour), flavouring, psyllium husk powder (psyllium ovata), emulsifier soya lecithin (less than 1.5%), green tea extract, sweetener sucralose (E955).

Instructions: Mix 50 g (2 heaped scoops or 1 sachet) of powder with 300 ml of water in a shaker or blender. Shake well until evenly mixed and consume immediately. It is recommended to consume 2–3 servings per day. In addition, you should drink enough water and eat at least one regular healthy meal (600–800 kcal) per day.
