Maltodextrin, dextrose, whey protein concentrate (MILK) [contains emulsifier: sunflower lecithin or SOY lecithin], milk proteins containing casein fractions (MILK), creatine monohydrate, emulsifier: lecithins; thickeners: xanthan gum (E415), gum arabic (E414); taurine, red beet juice powder (colorant), acidity regulator: citric acid (E330); sweetener: sucralose (E955); flavoring, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (E551).

USAGE:
Recommended Daily Intake: Mix 1 serving 100 g (6 scoops) in 200–250 ml of water or milk. Consume 1–2 times daily as needed (e.g., immediately after training or between meals).
