INGREDIENTS:
CON-CRET® creatine hydrochloride (HCl), creatine monohydrate (or free-acid creatine), acidity regulators: citric acid (E330), malic acid (E296); natural and artificial flavorings, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide (E551), calcium silicate (E552); sweeteners: sucralose (E955), acesulfame K (E950); colorants: beet juice powder, beta-carotene (E160a) or Allura Red AC (E129*); thickener: xanthan gum (E415).
*Warning: if the flavor variant contains the colorant E129, it may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Allergen Information: Manufactured in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, wheat, eggs, fish, crustaceans, and sesame seeds.
USAGE:
Recommended Daily Intake: Mix 1 scoop (2.3 g) with approximately 180–240 ml of water and consume 2 times daily (total of 2 scoops / 4.6 g per day, providing the necessary 3 g dose of creatine).
Drink adequate water during use to ensure proper hydration.
