Each capsule provides 1000 mg of oil, including: 300 mg of omega-3 acids (including 50 mg of EPA and 200 mg of DHA), 90 mg of omega-9 acids in the form of gondolic acid and 300 mg of omega-11 acids in the form of cetoleic acid.
