Suggested usage
Mix the recommended serving of 16 g (2.5 scoops) in 100-150 ml of water or juice.
Consume once a day. Before use, it is advisable to have a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the results with your doctor or pharmacist. The product is intended for healthy adults up to 75 years of age.
